Deleting a Country

1. When you first enter the Country option a Select A Country window will appear displaying a list of previously defined countries. Scroll to the country of origin that needs to be deleted and press Enter to confirm your selection.

2. Command options will appear:

• Change – Select Change to make changes to the selected country.
• Delete – Select Delete to delete the country.
• Exit – Select Exit to exit and return to the Select A Country window.

Select Delete.The code has now been deleted.

Note: If the country was previously used, you may be warned that the country cannot be deleted because of associated records. In this case, consider changing the "status" of the country code to "inactive" instead of deleting it. This will remove it from selection windows.
